Join us for Camano Ciderfest, where we will showcase the best local cideries from the area! Enjoy delicious food from various vendors, including Camano Commons Marketplace, Tapped Camano, and The Baked Cafe.

We will also have two time slots, 30-minute educational sections on both Saturday and Sunday, taught by Dave from Alma Cider! Each day will have a different lesson, so you will need to attend both days in order to hear both!

Plus, we will have live music playing on both days!

Located in Western Washington, Alma Cider began grafting their own trees to sell fruit to local cideries. Making a few batches of cider on the side soon increased in volume, scientific methodology, and creativity to become a boutique fermented cider company with offerings to delight your taste buds. In 2013, Schilling’s journey began in Seattle. Misfit Island Cider company represents the love i have for dry cider, and the hope to share that love with people all over. I hope to share my love of Dry Cider, and help people open there eyes to the variety and versatility of dry ciders. I want to show people all over that not all cider is sweet, and that cider can be just as fun as beer, and just as classy as wine. That it is an every day drink, that suites all occasions. Channel Marker Cider started in a one-car garage in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood back in 2016, fueled by a passion for crafting small-batch cider with fresh-pressed apples. But the journey began on the water. Zack discovered cider while working in the wine industry in New Zealand, a stop on a three-year sailing adventure across the Pacific. Along the way, he met Nicole, who was on her own voyage, and together they returned to the PNW, inspired to create something new. Back in Seattle, they teamed up with Chris, a seasoned salty dog who’s spent years crisscrossing the Sound and San Juans, and Channel Marker was born. Our name comes from the channel markers that guide boats safely in and out of port. Now, with a home in Ballard, we’re here to help you navigate to a modern, local cider experience.
